Administrators, be sure to check the Admin tab -School Calendar in ezEdMed for updating in case of school closings due to inclement weather. Click on the calendar day to close it completely and select reason – Snow Day. This will automatically post No Service to clear provider schedules.  
 
If any medical services will still be performed by home visits or telehealth services, do not mark the date as closed, leave it open for providers to document services. If this is necessary, providers will need to manually post No Service for other calendar appointments that are missed.
